All of my art work is carefully packaged before being shipped.

However, I am not legally or financially responsible for damaged and/or missing mail.

Please contact the courier used if product arrives damaged. 

If the item you received differs from your placed order contact me at studio.kyyyle@gmail.com 

Refunds will be administered once I receive the unaltered and undamaged product(s). 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
